Home Repair Program
Wellston Community Coalition has created an Anti-Displacement Fund for Wellston Residents as part of our proposed Community Benefits Agreement. The Rachel R. Grady Wellston Home Repair Fund has contributed $60,000 via the to the fund to be distributed to 12 eligible Wellston homeowners.

Register TODAY for our 2023 Resident Leadership Trainings. All trainings are FREE and are made possible through the Edward Byrne Memorial Grant.

The Resident Leadership Academy is a 1-hour commitment every 4th Saturday of the month from February - November. Graduation will be December 16, 2023. Residents will learn vital leadership skills to improve not only their own quality of life, but their community as a whole and will receive a certificate of completion at graduation!
Wellston residents are given first priority enrollment, however registration is open to other residents in the 24:1. Space is limited. Drop-in attendence is welcome, however REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED.
