The committee is shall promote and evaluate city policies and programs that ensure an adequate supply of affordable housing to advocate toward the goal of safe, decent, and affordable housing for all Wellston residents.

Our neighborhood watch program is where residents who want to make their neighborhood safer by working together and in conjunction with local law enforcement and healthcare providers work to reduce crime and to improve the quality of life.

This campaign will strongly introduce holistic healthcare and mainstream preventative healthcare activities in order to address epidemic healthcare issues of obesity, diabetes, hypertension, and cardiovascular disease within the City of Wellston. Nutrition Awareness Programs, healthcare fairs, and holistic healthcare workshops will be utilized to push the campaign.
EDUCATION
COMMITTEE
The major purpose of this campaign is to create and establish programs, projects, and activities that enhance academic excellence, business management training, youth entrepreneurship training, African American history & cultural heritage, preventative healthcare information, high technology training for young residents, construction training, and general community leadership training and preparation for residents throughout the Wellston Community.
ADVOCACY & CIVIL RIGHTS
COMMITTEE
Residents engage with one another in studying and advocating for improved public policy to achieve social justice, becoming an expert source of information about the factors affecting African Americans.
CULTURAL ARTS
COMMITTEE
This committee shall be designated to sharing and exposing cultural significance to human civilization. This campaign shall expand cultural arts programs, events, activities, festivals and education forums.
TECHNOLOGY DEVELOPMENT
COMMITTEE
This committee will create high technology training programs, projects, and activities for youth and adults within the City of Wellston in order to enhance the academic excellence of students and provide new opportunities for high technology entrepreneurship development.
YOUTH LEADERSHIP
COMMITTEE
This committee will lead a series of leadership development programs, events, projects, conferences, and other activities that will prepare young residents of the City of Wellston to be channeled into the rebuilding and redevelopment of their community.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
COMMITTEE
This committee is designated to build up the economic capacity of local Wellston businesses so that the economic future and the quality of life for all of its inhabitants can be secured.
